YOGA
Oh my gosh, I'm so happy you're interested in my yoga classes! YAY! I do my best to accommodate you in honoring wherever you're starting from in your yoga practice by offering variations of postures (asanas). I teach from an attitude of acceptance and gratitude whatever your abilities. My intention is always to offer you the opportunity to strengthen your body and feel more flexible, bring gratitude into your heart, playfulness to your spirit, and release the outside world for a moment allowing more peace to permeate your body, mind, and spirit. I believe yoga is about being in the moment, in your body and breath, following your needs in each asana as you connect to yourself, judgment free, and feeling a sense of peace in your soul. Classes
Zoom Yoga Group Classes are held on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm Central and are a creative mix of Hatha and Flow and Fun.
Private One-On-One Zoom Yoga Class
Private 'Yoga to Go' Class in your home, business or backyard
Group 'Yoga to Go' Class in your home, business or backyard

- $10 - $15 per class (Sliding scale--pay what you can)
Private One-On-One Zoom Yoga Class
- $40 an hour (You determine what style)
Private 'Yoga to Go' Class in your home, business or backyard
- $60 an hour (Up to 15 miles from Kewaskum, extra for further distances.)
Group 'Yoga to Go' Class in your home, business or backyard
- Cost dependent on number of students, length of class, and location.
